My story begins 10 years ago in New York City,
where without knowing it, I would learn the trade
that would change my life. I trained in the kitchen,
without any previous gastronomic training,
however, I was lucky to have great teachers who
would teach me the basic principles and
techniques to function in a professional kitchen.
I fell in love with the idea of traveling and learning
from as many chefs and restaurants as possible; I
arrived in Spain, Playa del Carmen and San Miguel
de Allende, in this one I had the opportunity to be
chef for the first time.
5 years ago I made the decision to return to my
native Nayarit, with a very clear idea, start my own
business. This is how I first came to Chef Connect,
where I discovered that I could share my culinary
experiences with diners in a more intimate and
personalized way; the rest is counted alone, today
with more than 200 services and thanks to the
kind reviews of my clients, I have established
myself as one of the most requested chefs on the
platform worldwide.
